2352 Lansdowne Ave applied for asbestos permit for renovation

Abatement Solutions Technologies, Inc. will perform asbestos abatement at 2352 Lansdowne Ave as part of a house renovation for the Quieter Homes Program for owner Willoughby Constance Irene. The work is scheduled for March 26–31, 2026, and crews will use a HEPA-filtered negative air machine, glovebag removal (three glovebags) in the basement with wet methods, sealing and double-bagging waste for daily disposal. Trained supervisors Robert Choate and Gerlin Hechavarria will oversee the job, and the plan calls for work to stop and the owner/APCD to be notified if any additional asbestos is discovered.
