5108 Terry Road Day Care Center remove asbestos-coated duct outside

Micro-Analytics, Inc. has applied to remove an exterior duct coated with asbestos at the vacant Day Care Center at 5108 Terry Rd, a property owned by Rivers William. The work is scheduled for March 6–13, 2026 and will be done wet, disconnecting and removing the duct intact (about 12 sq. ft. of mastics), sealing and hauling the waste — Quantum Enterprises will haul to WM - Outer Loop Landfill while supervisors Billy Geary and Danny Geary oversee the job.
