1609 Poplar Level Rd permit for ACM abatement at Xavier HS locker room

Saint Xavier High School is planning asbestos abatement in its football locker room at 1609 Poplar Level Rd to clear out old materials so the space can get updated finishes, with work scheduled from 01/16/2026 to 04/19/2026. Contractor Cardinal Industrial Insulation Company will remove about 3,000 sq ft of flooring and mastic with wet methods plus roughly 20 sq ft of elbow material via glovebag, with waste hauled by Gotta GO to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
