1051 Hess Ln: Environmental permit to remove non-friable ACM
Jefferson County Public Schools, on behalf of owner Jefferson County School District Fin, has applied to remove non‑friable asbestos‑containing materials at 1051 Hess Ln (the JCPS South‑West Region building). RH Environmental will perform the work using wet methods to strip floor tile, adhesive and wall mastic, and transite materials, with waste going to WM - Outer Loop Landfill; the project is scheduled to begin January 20, 2026.
