The work, scheduled Jan. 5–Feb. 5, 2026, will remove ACM duct tape and associated ductwork in the basement using glovebags and a wrap-and-cut method, with trained supervisors Robert Choate, Gerlin Hechavarria, and Doug Amshoff on site and daily disposal (about 3 cubic yards) headed to WM – Outer Loop Landfill.
