11200 WESTPORT RD Environmental permit issued for Non-Friable asbestos abatement

Ford Motor Co. World Headquarters has been issued a Non-Friable Blanket asbestos permit for its campus at 11200 Westport Rd. Meant for sudden, unexpected events, the permit allows abatement of non-friable asbestos-containing material across the premises—up to 3,000 linear or square feet total, and no more than 260 LF or SF for any one project—and requires monthly reports of all removals. National Environmental Contracting, Inc. is listed as the abatement and waste hauler with WM Outer Loop Landfill as the disposal site, and the work window is scheduled Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026.
