11200 Westport Rd applied for asbestos abatement permit
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe insulation at the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant, 11200 Westport Rd, for owner Ford Motor Co World Headquarters. The permit covers glovebag removal of about 200 ft of pipe insulation in the Waste Water Area and 100 ft in Mechanical Room A, with HEPA vacuuming and wet mopping planned; work is scheduled from 12/18/2025 to 01/31/2026. Waste is slated for disposal at WM - Outer Loop Landfill and the job will be overseen by certified abatement supervisors.
