4103 S 3RD ST Environmental Permit for Emergency Demolition

Louisville Metro has issued an emergency demolition order for the vacant former residence at 4103 South 3rd Street, owned by Relentless Holdings LLC. The asbestos permit says friable RACM covers the entire 2,103‑sq‑ft, two‑story structure and allows that material to remain in place during demolition so long as Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. minimizes disturbance, keeps materials adequately wet, containerizes and promptly disposes of debris, and avoids tracked vehicles on demolition waste. Work is scheduled to run from Dec. 2, 2025 to Jan. 26, 2026 with daily disposal to WM Outer Loop Landfill, so expect a managed abatement and demolition at the site.
