5405 BRAMERS CT environmental permit issued for emergency asbestos demolition

An emergency demolition is planned at the vacant former residence at 5405 Bramers Ct — owner Christopher J. Hartlage is listed and Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. is the abatement contractor. Because roughly 1,498 sq ft of friable asbestos-containing material is involved, crews are allowed to leave RACM in place during demolition but must keep materials wet, minimize disturbance, containerize and promptly dispose of debris (no tracked vehicles on demolition piles); waste is headed to WM Outer Loop Landfill with work scheduled for 11/19/2025–12/19/2025.
