6200 CAMP GROUND RD environmental asbestos abatement permit filed

Bakelite LLC is planning an asbestos abatement at 6200 Camp Ground Rd to remove Bakelite-containing ACM roof flashing (about 150 sq ft) using wet methods so crews can install a new decking substrate. Simon Roofing and Sheet Metal Corp is the abatement contractor, Driveway Dunpster will haul the waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill, the work is scheduled 11/04/2025–12/04/2025 on the single-story commercial building (3,936 sq ft, built 1990), and the permit is currently in progress.
