Neighbors say 10101 Grand Ave 303 has roaches, mold and plumbing problems
At 10101 Grand Ave 303, one neighbor says the apartment is “completely infested with roaches” and has plumbing problems and mold.
They say they haven’t moved in because of the infestation, and that they asked for their money back after being offered another apartment. They also say they’ve been asking management to spray, but “I get ignored most of the time.”
The city’s health folks are looking into it.
