A caller reported that a resident is leaving a bag of bird seed out at 9927 Chenoweth Vista Way, which they say is attracting wildlife — skunks have reportedly burrowed under the patio and raccoons are showing up. The pest issue is open with C&R Property Maintenance Enforcement, so the agency has it on their radar while it’s investigated.
