No hot water and a smoke smell are reported at 1870 Frankfort Ave 4
Something’s off at 1870 Frankfort Ave, Apartment 4, and it’s not subtle. One resident says there’s been no hot water since move-in, and she’s also been smelling smoke inside the apartment.
She says she spent four days airing the place out, but when she stayed overnight, both she and her pets had breathing problems and she left at 2 AM. She’s been trying the building manager and the leasing agent, but so far she says she’s getting the brush-off.
