Trash cans keep sitting out at 228 S Spring St
Those garbage and recycling containers at 228 S Spring St have been sitting out on the easement week after week, and one neighbor says it’s been going on for months.
That’s the gripe on the block, and they say the same mess is happening at the next-door address too. The city’s looking into the solid waste problem now.
