3821 E Indian Trail rezoning from R-4, C-1, M-2 to C-2 on 2 acres

Cruise Capital LLC is asking to rezone two parcels at 3821 E Indian Trail and 4837 Valla Rd, consolidating about 2 acres from R-4, C-1, and M-2 into C-2 commercial zoning. The owner/applicant (Cruise Capital LLC of Crestwood) submitted a pre-application to change the form district to Neighborhood C-2, so this could pave the way for more shop- or service-friendly uses where there’s currently a mix of residential and commercial/industrial zoning.
