1715 Bolling Ave rezoning to R-7 for 4-plex affordable housing
Fortune Investment Properties LLC, represented by applicant Tessa Plummer, is proposing a zoning change for 1715 Bolling Ave. The request would rezone the lot from R6 to R7 to allow development as affordable multi-family housing—listed as a 4-plex in the proposal—on roughly 0.07 acres with a proposed new building of about 1,400 sq ft (the application also notes three dwelling units and six rooms).
