5909 NEW CUT RD applied for illuminated channel letters sign permit

Signarama Dixie (applicant Cynthia Brown) plans to furnish and install one new set of illuminated channel letters for Indigo Nail Spa on the facade at 5909 New Cut Rd. The attached sign will measure about 17' x 22', the property is owned by CLS Rental Properties LLC, and a $200 permit fee was paid at submittal. Sounds like a simple storefront glow-up that should brighten the block once it’s up.
