101 Shadeswood Ave sign permit submitted for channel letters and monument sign
Arvato USA LLC is putting up new channel letters on the building and a freestanding monument sign at 101 Shadeswood Ave. The job is being handled by Joseph Bates of B Sign Group under a new sign permit for one attached sign and one freestanding sign, so look for updated branding on both the facade and the property.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
