3101 Preston Hwy applied for sign permits
Signarama Dixie (applicant Cynthia Brown) has submitted a sign permit to install multiple attached signs at 3101 Preston Hwy for owner Audubon Properties LLC. One sign will replace the existing storefront sign while a new identification sign is planned for the side; the application lists the storefront as roughly 16' x 48' and the side as about 16' x 24'.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
