Kristine Timmes has applied for a conditional use permit to run a not-owner-occupied short-term rental at 3629 Windward Way. The single-family parcel in the R-5 zoning district is about 0.16 acres and the proposal lists up to five lodging rooms. Fees of $1,310 have been paid and the application is currently under review, so it looks like a plan to host occasional short stays rather than a long-term tenant.
