At 100 N Rastetter Ave, a little siding and trim refresh is in the works for a Clifton house, and it’s a tidy $7,000 job.
The plan is to repair or replace rotting wood, paint the place, and swap out two back sections so they match the rest of the home’s wood lap siding. The city’s still reviewing it, so this one isn’t signed off yet.
