1451 S 4TH ST Zoning: COA submitted for front steps, sidewalk and porch repairs

LTG Ventures LLC has filed a Certificate of Appropriateness for 1451 S 4th St in Old Louisville to tackle front steps, cheekwalls, the front sidewalk, porch stairs and the porch concrete slab. The plan is to remove and reinstall the existing steps and cheekwalls, replace the sidewalk and pour a new porch slab, with the project estimated at $25,000 — so the multi-family building should be looking much more inviting when it’s done.
