A big commercial makeover is in the works at 8001 Air Commerce Dr, and it’s a hefty one.

The plan calls for tenant improvement inside the existing warehouse for the SOU3 same-day delivery facility, with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration work all in the mix.

It’s a 324,576-square-foot setup, with an estimated price tag of about $12.4 million, so this one is not exactly a weekend project.

48 apartments and a community building are going up at 3705 Manslick Rd

Adalynn Crossing is coming to 3705 Manslick Rd. It’s set up as 48 apartment units in two 3-story buildings, with an attached community building, and the whole thing is pegged at about $5.5 million.

That one’s still in the works, so no ribbon-cutting just yet. But if you’ve been waiting for something big to rise on that corner, this is the one to watch.

The Pilot House at 500 N 17th Street is set for a major interior makeover, and it’s a big one.
The first floor would gain 8 new apartments and a 218-square-foot private office suite, bringing the building to 28 homes total, with the work pegged at somewhere around $781,000.

It’s all inside the existing footprint, so the building itself isn’t getting bigger, just busier.
