The first floor would gain 8 new apartments and a 218-square-foot private office suite, bringing the building to 28 homes total, with the work pegged at somewhere around $781,000.
It’s all inside the existing footprint, so the building itself isn’t getting bigger, just busier.
You’d be looking at 6 studios and 2 one-bedrooms in the mix, with all-electric heating, cooking, and water heating in the plan.
