A short-term rental application has been submitted for Unit 303 — an STR in the EZ-1 zoning district at 814 E Main St. The record is listed as submitted and shows no inspections or fees yet, so it looks like the host has begun the paperwork but there’s no approval activity recorded so far.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
