Libor Zacek has applied to operate a short-term rental in the C-2 zoning district at 943 Baxter Ave, Unit 104. The application is submitted and currently shows an outstanding fee of $250, with no inspections booked or completed yet. Seems like this is still in the early stages — we’ll watch to see if it turns into a new short-stay spot in the neighborhood.
