633 E MAIN ST Apt 102 filed Balcony License Agreement and Balcony Encroachment

Bristol Main & Clay Partners LLC has applied for a Balcony License Agreement to allow balconies and door stoops to encroach into the Washington Street right-of-way at 633 E Main St Apt 102. The project would add seven door stoops projecting up to about 4.94 feet into the ROW and 24 balconies over the sidewalk reaching about 3.95 feet, with project plans, a bond, and liability insurance attached. The one-year license application lists Alissa McClard as the agent and shows a $200 fee was paid.
