A new inground pool is in the works behind 1612 Tartan Way in Louisville, and it sounds like a backyard upgrade with a little splash to it.
The plan calls for excavation and installation in the rear of the home, somewhere around $80,000 for about 450 square feet.
It’s still at the submitted stage, so this one’s not a done deal yet.
