32 MOCKINGBIRD VALLEY DR Building permit for Gazak pool submitted
David Gazak is planning a 20-by-40 gunite pool with a limestone surround and cartridge filter at 32 Mockingbird Valley Dr., a project covering about 2,400 square feet with an estimated cost of $200,000. The work is being handled by Premier Pools and Spas (licensed contractor), and a residential pool building permit has been submitted.
