4401 Signal Hill Rd applied for permits to build a residential pool

Melissa Faurest and Staci Rawls Livi are planning a backyard makeover at 4401 Signal Hill Rd: Gym & Swim will install a 12' x 34' inground concrete (shotcrete) pool with 4–6 foot depths, a cartridge filter, and about 933 sq ft of concrete decking. The residential project is estimated at $95,000 and will be enclosed with an aluminum fence.
