304 MOCKINGBIRD VALLEY RD applied for Building Permit to install 8x8 gunite spa
Phoenix Pools has submitted a building permit to install a residential 8' x 8' gunite spa behind the home for owner Peter B. Garrison at 304 Mockingbird Valley Rd. The 64-square-foot project carries an estimated cost of $149,074, so it looks like a fairly substantial backyard upgrade rather than a simple soak tub.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
