Lisa McGrew is planning to install a new residential pool at 9706 Fairmount Rd. The submitted building permit lists a roughly 1,000-square-foot pool with an estimated cost of $50,000, so looks like a pretty big backyard makeover once approved and inspected.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
