All American Pool Co. has submitted a building permit to install a residential vinyl‑liner pool at 4709 Razor Creek Way for owner Nathan B. Paris. The project, estimated at $110,000, calls for concrete footers, a concrete floor and concrete decking for about a 600‑sqft pool, plus an aluminum fence and listed setbacks (front 50 ft, rear 20 ft, sides 20 ft and 8 ft) — looks like a full backyard makeover in the works.
