14305 Woodland Ridge Dr building permit submitted for in-ground pool

Owner Jamie S. Weissman has filed for a building permit to install an in-ground gunite swimming pool at 14305 Woodland Ridge Drive. The 40' x 18' pool will range from 3' to 6.5' deep with about 720 sq ft of surface area, is estimated at $222,450, and lists Scott Cowell of Blue Haven as the licensed contractor — looks like summer backyard hangs are getting a serious upgrade.
