2503 TAMERLANE CT building permit submitted for in-ground fiberglass pool
Premier Pools and Spas has filed for a building permit to install a Morrell in-ground fiberglass pool with a cartridge filter at 2503 Tamerlane Ct for owner Suzanne Michelle Morrell. The 520-square-foot backyard oasis is estimated at $120,000 and will include an aluminum fence, so expect a sizable pool project moving through permitting.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
