A new house is going up at 520 Winkler Ave
A new house is in the works at 520 Winkler Ave in Louisville. It’s set to be a 1,102-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, and the price tag is somewhere around $50,000.
This one’s still at the starting line, so no, the city hasn’t signed off on the whole thing yet. But if you live nearby, that empty spot is headed for a proper house.

The city has not published a date for when this began.
