A new pool house is in the works at 2101 Wileys Ct in Louisville, and this one is no little cabana. It’s planned as an 800-square-foot, one-story detached spot with a vaulted lounge, a bar and service area, and a heat pump, with the cost pegged somewhere around $125,000.
It’s set to sit 16 feet from the house, tied into the existing home’s gas and electrical service, and there are no bedrooms in the mix. The city is still reviewing it.
