Monarch Restoration has submitted plans to fully demolish and rebuild two detached garages for owner Westport Gardens LLC at 1338 Lynmar Dr 1. The $40,000 project will keep the existing concrete slabs while rebuilding above-slab with new framing and engineered trusses, mid-grade vinyl siding with a 3-foot brick skirt, four 10'×7' overhead doors with openers, and a full electrical rewire—plus asbestos testing, temporary fencing, and a roll-off dumpster, all to meet Kentucky building code and NFPA 70.
