6323 ST BERNADETTE AVE building permit submitted for new build
Joe Kroll Builder LLC has submitted a permit to build a new single-family home for Norton Commons LLC at 6323 St Bernadette Ave. The two-story, 2,133-square-foot house will have three bedrooms, is listed as a new build on Lot N737 in Norton Commons, and carries an estimated cost of $400,000 as it moves through the review process.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
