8902 Sanctuary Lane building permit submitted for residential new construction
Monsour Homes LLC is set to build a new one-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home at 8902 Sanctuary Lane for owner Old Bardstown Road LLC. The 1,810-square-foot house will sit on a poured concrete foundation, include an attached garage plus covered front and rear porches, and the project value is estimated at $180,000.
