13407 Hollows Ln building permit submitted for new single-family home

Clayton Properties Group Inc is building a new single-family home at 13407 Hollows Lane in the Hunter's Hollow subdivision. The one-story Elite Harmony product (built by Elite Homes Inc) will include three bedrooms, an 1,814 sq ft first floor, a partially finished 898 sq ft basement, a 136 sq ft deck and a 443 sq ft attached garage, with the project estimated at $163,450; plans must follow KRC 2018 and any retaining walls 4' or higher will need a Kentucky engineer's stamp.
