8920 Tribute Dr building permit submitted for new single-family home

Fischer Homes Louisville, Ltd. (for owner Grand Communities LLC) is building a new single-family home at 8920 Tribute Drive in the Villages at Heritage Creek. The two-story, 3,272-square-foot house will include an attached garage, unfinished basement, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a small 28-square-foot rear deck, and the project is estimated at $404,900.
