Ameer Lewis is planning to place a new 28x48 manufactured home on the vacant lot at 4853 Cane Run Rd. The single-story, 1,263 sq ft home will have three bedrooms, stand about 12 feet tall, and has an estimated project value of $152,623; the permit notes it’s a new house and that no automatic sprinkler system is required.
