1613 Meremont Ridge Rd building permit filed for new single-family dwelling
Derby City Quality Homes Inc is building a new single-family dwelling at 1613 Meremont Ridge Rd. The one-story, 2,265-square-foot home will have four bedrooms, no auxiliary garage listed, and carries an estimated project value of $600,000. At about 20 feet tall and with no inspections logged yet, it looks like construction is just getting started on the lot.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
