Welch Builders, Inc is gearing up to build a new single-family home for owner Karen Built Homes Inc at 2212 White Oak Way — a two-story, 4,378-square-foot house with an inground partially finished basement. The house will feature a 2-car attached garage, four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, with the project valued at an estimated $750,000.
