746 S Hancock St building permit for new 2-story single-family residence
Louisville Metro Housing Authority is planning a new 2-story single-family home at 746 S Hancock St — a 1,315 sq. ft. house with a crawl space, covered front porch, and attached storage shed, estimated at $200,000. The design calls for three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and will follow local building and energy-code requirements (insulation, egress, smoke/CO detectors, etc.); separate permits will be required for other trades. JL Constructions’ Jorge Lozada is listed as the contractor on the permit.
