746 S Hancock St building permit for new 2-story SF residence
Louisville Metro Housing Authority is planning a new 2-story single-family residence at 746 S Hancock St — a cozy 1,315 sq. ft. home with a crawl space, attached storage shed, covered front porch, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The project, estimated at $200,000, will be built to current code requirements (foundation, insulation, egress, smoke/CO detectors and ventilation) and notes that any other trade work will require separate permits.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
