4404 Alton Rd Building permit for a new detached garage and carport

Owners Jackie L. and Nona J. Graham are planning a new single-story detached garage and covered carport at 4404 Alton Rd — about 792 sq ft of wood-frame construction with siding, engineered trusses, and dimensional asphalt shingles. The $60,000 project will sit at least 12 feet from the house and 10 feet from property lines, includes perimeter footers and a slightly widened driveway with a flared apron, and will coordinate with LGE before any excavation because of underground utilities.
