1227 RAMMERS AVE building permit filed for freestanding two-level deck
Owner Erin M. White is planning a new freestanding two-level deck at 1227 Rammers Ave. The project features a 14'×10' upper level about 72.5 inches above grade and a 14'×20' lower level at 18 inches above grade, with cascading stairs and a paver fire-pit area, and it will not be attached to the house. The permit lists the deck at roughly 430 sq ft with an estimated cost of $7,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
