1311 Peaceful Way building permit submitted for a new single-family home

Elite Homes Inc is lining up a new single-family house at 1311 Peaceful Way for owner Domain Timberlake Multistate 2 LLC. The plans show a 4-bedroom home with about 1,457 sq ft on the first floor, a 1,694 sq ft second floor, a 618 sq ft attached garage and no finished basement, with the project estimated at $261,000. The build must follow KRC 2018 rules (including floors and decks), any retaining walls 4' or higher need a Kentucky engineer’s stamp, and the home may not encroach on easements or required yards.
